Who we are
Yairix Studio is an independent studio in Jerusalem, Israel, that builds Wix apps and websites. For the information described here, Yairix Studio is the data controller (the “owner of the database” under Israeli law). Contact details are at the end of this policy.
Scope
This policy covers the Yairix Studio pages of this website (www.yairix.com), its contact form, and emails you send us. Our app, Back in Stock Insights, has its own privacy policy that explains how the app handles store data.
What we collect

We don’t use your details for marketing, profiling or automated decisions.
Legal basis
Where data protection laws such as the GDPR apply, we process this information because you asked us to (steps at your request before entering a contract), for our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries and running our business, and where needed to meet legal obligations, such as keeping accounting records. In Israel, we process it in line with the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and its regulations.
Who processes it for us
- Wix.com hosts this website and stores contact form submissions in our Wix account, where they also appear as a contact, and sends us an email notification. See the Wix Privacy Policy.
- Google provides our email (Gmail), which is where we receive notifications and reply to you. See the Google Privacy Policy.
We don’t sell your information or share it with anyone else, except where the law requires it.
Cookies
We haven’t added analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. To deliver and secure the site, Wix and its infrastructure providers may set strictly necessary cookies (for example, to tell people from bots). These don’t track you across other websites. If we ever add analytics, we will update this policy first and ask for consent where the law requires it.
Retention
- Enquiries that don’t lead to a project: deleted when no longer needed, usually within 24 months.
- Correspondence with clients: kept for the duration of the work and afterwards as long as needed for support and as required by law, for example tax and accounting rules.
International transfers
Wix and Google may process information on servers outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. They describe the safeguards they use for such transfers in their privacy policies.
Security
The site and form use encrypted connections (HTTPS). Submissions are stored in our Wix account and email in our Google account, both protected and accessible only to us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. In Israel, you have the right to review and correct information held about you under the Protection of Privacy Law. In the EU and UK, you may also complain to your data protection authority; in Israel, to the Privacy Protection Authority.
To make a request, email us. We respond within the time required by law and may need to verify your identity first.
Children
This website is meant for businesses and is not directed to children. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. We will post the new version here with a new effective date.
