Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Yairix Studio (“we”, “us”), the developer of Attach Files to Orders (“the app”). By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you install it for a business, you confirm that you may accept these terms on its behalf. If you don’t agree, don’t install or use the app.
Your use of Wix and the Wix App Market is also governed by Wix’s own terms. Our privacy policy explains how the app handles data.
License and plans
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on Wix sites you own or manage, for your own business purposes, in line with these terms.
The app has a free plan and a paid plan. The limits of each plan, such as the number of upload fields, the file size and the monthly uploads, are described on the app’s page on this website and in the Wix App Market. Paid plans are sold and billed by Wix through the Wix App Market: Wix handles payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds under its own terms. If we change a price or a plan’s limits, we will give advance notice, and a new price applies only from a billing period that starts after the notice. If a paid plan ends, the free plan’s limits apply.
Requirements
The app works with Wix sites that use Wix Stores. It stores your shoppers’ files in your site’s Media Manager and its records in collections on your site, so the files count toward your site’s storage. You need the authority to grant the app the permissions it asks for on each site where you install it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the app in breach of any law, including privacy, consumer-protection, intellectual-property and anti-spam laws;
- use the app to collect files or content that are illegal, or that you have no right to receive or use;
- copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent the app, or reverse engineer it, except where the law expressly allows this;
- try to gain unauthorized access to the app, to Wix systems or to other sites’ data, or interfere with how the app or Wix works;
- use the app to build a competing product, or to scrape or collect data beyond your own store;
- remove any proprietary notices from the app.
Your files and your store
Your store data and the files your shoppers upload stay yours. They are stored on your own site, as described in the privacy policy. You are responsible for what your upload fields ask shoppers to send, for having the rights you need to use the files (for example, to print them), for telling your shoppers how you handle their files and data, and for keeping copies of files you need. When files reach the end of the retention period you set, the app moves them to your Media Manager’s trash.
Files and storage
The app keeps each file as the shopper uploaded it, but it doesn’t check what the file contains or whether it is suitable for your product, such as its resolution, colors or format. Files come from your shoppers and may contain anything: check them before you use them, and open them with the same care as any file from the internet. Files use your site’s storage, which depends on your Wix plan. We are not responsible for the content of files, for files a shopper didn’t upload, for files deleted from your Media Manager, for your site’s storage limits, or for orders, reprints, refunds or disputes that result from files.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the app useful and reliable, but we don’t promise that it will always be available, error-free or compatible with every site. The app depends on Wix APIs and the Wix platform, which may change or be unavailable. We may update, change or discontinue the app or any feature at any time. If we decide to discontinue the app, we will try to give reasonable notice through the app or this website.
Intellectual property
The app, its code, design, name and logo belong to Yairix Studio and its licensors and are protected by law. These terms give you a license to use the app, not ownership of it. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them freely without any obligation to you.
Wix and other third parties
The app is an independent product. It is not made, affiliated with or endorsed by Wix.com Ltd. Wix and Wix Stores are trademarks of Wix.com Ltd. Wix is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the app. Third-party services, including Wix, are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.
No warranty
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the app’s results will be accurate or complete, or that the app will meet your requirements.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yairix Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, sales, data, files, goodwill or business opportunity, arising from or related to the app or these terms, even if we were told such damages were possible. Our total liability for all claims related to the app or these terms is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the event that gave rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations; in that case, these limitations apply to the maximum extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Yairix Studio harmless from claims by third parties (including your customers) arising from your breach of these terms, from the files and content you collect with the app, or from your use of data from your store in breach of the law.
Termination
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your Wix site; a paid plan is cancelled through Wix. Uninstalling ends the app’s access to your site’s data immediately; we store none of it. Your shoppers’ files stay in your Media Manager until you delete them. We may suspend or end your access to the app if you breach these terms, if required by law or by Wix, or if we discontinue the app. The sections on your files and your store, files and storage, intellectual property, no warranty, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law continue to apply after termination.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The competent courts in Jerusalem, Israel will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or the app, unless mandatory law where you live gives you the right to bring the case elsewhere.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. If a change is material, we will highlight it here before it takes effect. If you keep using the app after the change takes effect, you accept the updated terms; if you don’t agree, uninstall the app.
General
These terms and the privacy policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the app. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don’t enforce a right, we don’t waive it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent; we may transfer ours as part of a reorganization or sale of the app.
