Summary
- The size charts you create are saved in a collection in your own Wix site’s content manager (CMS). Wix stores them; we don’t receive a copy.
- To let you choose where a chart appears, the dashboard reads your product names and categories through Wix APIs. Nothing is changed in your store.
- On your product pages, the size guide reads your charts and the current product’s categories. It collects no information about your shoppers and sets no cookies.
- We operate no servers or databases that hold your Wix data. The app is hosted by Wix.
- We don’t sell or share personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
Who we are
Sizewise Size Charts (“the app”) is developed by Yairix Studio (“we”, “us”). For the limited personal information we process ourselves (described below), we are the data controller:

Scope
This policy covers the Sizewise Size Charts app for Wix Stores and the pages about it on this website. It applies to Wix site owners who install the app (“you”) and their collaborators, and describes how the app behaves on your site for your shoppers. Wix’s own processing is covered by Wix’s privacy policy, not by this one.
Data the app uses

The app doesn’t read orders, customers, contacts, payments or inventory, and never changes your products.
Your shoppers
On your product pages, the size guide only reads public information (your charts and the product’s categories) and remembers nothing. It doesn’t collect, store or send any information about your shoppers, uses no cookies or local storage, and includes no analytics, advertising or tracking code. It uses the shopper’s browser language and region only in the browser, to show its own words in their language and to open the chart in centimeters or inches.
How processing works
- The dashboard is a page inside your Wix dashboard. It reads and writes your charts through Wix’s data APIs, as you, with your permissions.
- The size guide on your site runs in your shoppers’ browsers and reads your charts through Wix’s data APIs.
- Nothing is sent to us or to any third party. We operate no servers or databases that receive or hold Wix data.
- When the dashboard opens, it also loads a short public list of our other Wix apps from www.yairix.com, for a “More apps” section. That request contains no store, customer or account data. Like any web request, it reaches our website host (Wix) with technical data such as your IP address and browser type, which we don’t use to identify you.
Roles: you, Wix and us
- You, the site owner, control your store data and your charts.
- Wix hosts your site, your charts collection and the app.
- We provide software that runs on your site and in your dashboard. We don’t receive or hold your store data.
No sale or sharing
- We do not sell personal information, and we do not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising (as those terms are used in the California Consumer Privacy Act).
- We do not use any data from your store for advertising, profiling, or training machine-learning models.
This website
This website is hosted by Wix. We haven’t added analytics, advertising or tracking tools to it, and the pages don’t set cookies themselves. Like any web host, Wix processes technical data such as IP addresses and browser information to deliver and secure the site, as described in the Wix Privacy Policy. The studio contact form is covered by the Yairix Studio privacy policy.
When you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address, name (if included) and whatever you write, and use them only to reply and help you. Our email is provided by Google (Gmail), which processes messages under its own privacy terms.
Retention and deletion
- Your charts stay in your site’s CMS until you delete them in the app or in the CMS. When you uninstall the app, Wix handles the app’s collection on your site under its own rules for app data.
- Product and category information is read only while it’s needed and isn’t stored.
- Support emails: kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, usually no longer than 24 months.
Security
The app accesses data only through Wix’s authenticated APIs, over encrypted connections, within the permissions you approved. Only you and collaborators with access to your site’s content can change your charts; shoppers can only read them. Because we hold no copy of your data, there is no developer-side database that could be breached.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal information, and to data portability. In the EU and UK, you may also complain to your data protection authority; in Israel, to the Privacy Protection Authority. California residents have the right to know, delete and correct personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing (we do neither). To exercise a right regarding information we hold about you (such as support emails), email us. We hold no information about your shoppers.
Children
The app is a business tool for store owners and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
Changes to this policy
If the app or the law changes, we may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date, and highlight material changes before they take effect.
